Apprentice – Health, Safety and Environment Technician
Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship – 15-24 month contract
Starting Salary £10,600 and increasing relevant to Age and Apprenticeship Stage.
Based in Macclesfield - Agile/Hybrid Working, as business needs dictate

Whilst participating in this IOSH approved apprenticeship and attending an appropriate college as required, the Health & Safety Apprentice will work under the guidance of the Health & Safety Manager.
The successful candidate will advise on the statutory health, safety and environmental requirements as they affect the company’s operations. You will assist the management team in ensuring that the legal and company Safety Health & Environmental requirements are implemented.
On a daily basis the Health & Safety apprentice will assist to develop, review and check on the implementation of safe systems of work, deliver training (e.g. toolbox talks & inductions), investigate incidents, analyse data and present findings to the management team.
On successful completion of the course for this Safety Health and Environmental Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship you will achieve:
- IOSH Managing Safely
- IOSH Environment for Business
- IOSH Safety and Health for Business
- NCFE Functional Skills English Level 2
- NCFE Functional Skills Maths Level 2
- NCFE Functional Skills ICT Level 2
