Driving Manager - Recruitment

Accept Recruitment are offering an exciting opportunity to an experienced Driving Division Manager to come and join us at or Head Office in Leicester (LE3 postcode).

As the Driving Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment team"s activities ensuring that profit and sales targets are met, staffing levels are maintained and quality of service delivered of the highest possible standard.

You will also be leading from the front by developing and servicing clients.

Your core working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm however you will need to be flexible to work additional/out of hours.

Main duties of the role:

• Responsible for managing a team of Recruiters
• Ensuring the team delivers against budgeted revenue targets and performance KPIs
• Motivating training and developing team members
• Developing new business relationships with prospective clients
• Maintaining and growing existing client relationships
• Ensuring the team client recruitment requirements are consistently met with service excellence
• Leading from the front with a strong performance against own revenue and placement targets
• Strategically highlighting new areas of industries for new client development
• Identifying and solving problems, ensuring that pre-emptive corrective actions plans are put in place for the future

What are we looking for in you as the ideal candidate:

• Experience of managing a team of Recruiters, or a Senior Consultant looking to take the step up into Management
• Knowledge of recruiting within Transport or Driving industries is preferred
• Ability to lead by example through performance against own targets and KPIs
• Ability to keep on top of changes in the marketplace and identify new areas of penetration
• Ability to motivate and develop staff
• A proven sales track record in new business development
• Appreciation of the importance of excellent service delivery to ensure repeat business with clients and candidates
• Strong administration skills and an eye for detail
