Personal Assistant /Support Worker

Background to the job

An active 26 year old man, with a rare metabolic disease and learning difficulties is looking for a PA to support him going into the community. He enjoys football and cinema, and getting out and about.

Hours / Times of Work

6 hours per week, hours can be discussed at interview.

Rates of Pay and other Benefits

£9.50 per hour

5.6 weeks paid holiday per year.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

To support the gentleman within the community.

Essential Requirements

It is IMPORTANT that you meet ALL the Essential Requirements BEFORE you apply for the job.

Experience of working with young people with additional needs.

Ideally you will share my passion for football.

An upbeat, positive outlook, and able to establish a good rapport with a ‘cheeky chap’ and perhaps go for a pint together.

Desirable Requirements

A car driver with their own transport (business insurance required) mileage will be paid.
