We are looking to welcome an experienced administrator to join us here at our beautiful care home.
You'll be supporting on a variety of administrative tasks so accuracy, attention to detail and excellent communication skills are all essential qualities we'll be looking for.
Strong English and numeracy skills are important too, and as we work with residents and family members in need of care and support, you'll have a sensitive and patient nature.
Hours are mainly M-F office hours, 37.5 hours a week. There may be some weekend activity in the home which you may be asked to support with.
You'll be involved with invoicing, accounts reconciliation and payroll, in addition to maintaining files for residents and employees.
You'll need an enhanced DBS (which we'll pay for), and you will need to be fully Covid- vaccinated to work in our home.
Our location is beautiful, and as the name suggests, in the New Forest, so you'll need to be able to get to the home under your own steam as we are not blessed with great public transport options.
