Class 2 HGV Driver

Accept Recruitment are now recruiting for Class 2 HGV Drivers on an on-going basis for a well-known company based in Kirby Muxloe, which is the leading variety discount retailer for quality food, toiletries, garden essentials and home-ware brands.

As a successful candidate for the Class 2 Driving role, you will be required to work Monday to Friday flexible to work on Saturday if needed.

Start times are between 05:30

Salary: 

PAYE Class 2

Monday to Friday - £15.50ph 

Minimum 8 hours guaranteed

1 hour of unpaid break

Your daily duties will include:

• Collecting & Delivering goods to stores
• Meeting deadlines for scheduled deliveries
• Keeping in regular contact with the transport team for updates on progress and managing our customers' expectations

You will require to have the following:

• Class 2 ( C ) License
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position
• No more than 6 points on a license (no DR’s, DD’s, DG’s)
• Valid UK License with C Entitlement.
• Driver CPC qualification
• Digital Tachograph card
• Driver must have correct PPE i.e safety boots and high-vis
