Due to V12 Sports and Classics rapid growth and success of our Established and Highly successful retail business we have a requirement for a Contact Centre Sales Executive to join our busy operation at the head office in Hinkley.

It’s a fast paced and vibrant atmosphere, backed up with a strong support team to train and develop you in your career. In return, you can realistically expect to earn uncapped earnings of £40,000 plus, we offer a basic salary of £18,000.

The Person

If you are motivated and can build a great rapport whilst paying attention to detail, provide excellent customer service with a real WOW Factor, smash your targets and have fun whilst doing it, then V12 Sports and Classics is the place for you. Turning a conversation into an appointment at one of our 8 Car Supermarkets.

Your Role

• Be the voice of V12 Sports and Classics
• Build rapport with customers, to deliver a great customer experience
• Answer questions about product specifications and pricing
• Accurately and efficiently enter customer information into company databases
• Process credit card payments
• Contact customers in response to correspondence or feedback
• Maintain working knowledge of products and services offered

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong telephone handling and computer skills
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Motivated and energetic
• Great closer
• Drive and determination to succeed
• Telesales experience and Motor trade would be nice but not essential
