Customer Service Adviser - competitive salary + benefits 

Permanent contract - 40 hours per week

Location: Hybrid Working (+ Offices in Market Harborough, Leicestershire)

You will be target driven and passionate about customer service. You will need to possess strong communication skills, be friendly, resilient and ideally have prior experience of working with CRM platforms.

In the role you will:

  • receive calls and respond to emails, place orders and deal with general enquiries from customers
  • maintain and update customer records on our CRM platform
  • promote additional products and services
  • identify opportunities to up-sell/cross-sell magazine subscription and membership packages.

Successful candidates will be required to complete a paid training period, which will be 37.5 hours a week. On successful completion, the full-time working pattern is 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm.
