CDS Global, a subsidiary of Hearst, delivers unparalleled customer management, marketing, payment and data solutions, making us the largest and most strategically aligned full-service provider for publishers globally. We have earned the trusted confidence of a wide range of media companies supporting over 1000 brands.

Our continued success brings new opportunities as we grow our customer services team. Whilst we work remotely and in the office, you must be adept at working independently as well as working as part of a team. You will connect with others and reach out to teammates for support. We are looking for people who are resilient and committed to self-development where you approach all situations as learning opportunities, learn new skills, apply them and find innovative ways to do your job effectively.

You must be able to adapt to changes in work processes and tasks and have a strong work ethic. CDS Global is a values driven business, so it is essential you work with the highest levels of integrity, respect for others and conscientiousness to provide outstanding levels of service to customers.

We believe in a culture rooted in collaboration, inclusion, commitment and recognising success. It’s much easier to love your job when you can work with a company like this.

You will be target driven and passionate about customer service. You will need to possess strong communication skills, be friendly, resilient and ideally have prior experience of working with CRM platforms.

In the role you will:

  • receive calls and respond to emails, place orders and deal with general enquiries from customers
  • maintain and update customer records on our CRM platform
  • promote additional products and services
  • identify opportunities to up-sell/cross-sell magazine subscription and membership packages.

Successful candidates will be required to complete a paid training period, which will be 37.5 hours a week. On successful completion, the full-time working pattern is 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm.

In return we provide all the training, support and coaching you need to be successful. You will also enjoy a competitive salary and benefits package, including a broad range of benefits, holidays, pension, retailer discounts, social activities and others designed to improve personal lives.
