Contract type: 12 months Fixed Term contract with potential to go permanent

2. Job Purpose
To provide essential support to the training manager and ultimately deliver various training
To learn all Axalta branded products and processes to be able to support field technicians
if and when required with end objective of becoming field based technician.

3. Academy stock control & deliveries and maintain stock levels in all mixing

4. Web shop order picking/posting for holiday/sick cover                                                                                      10%

4. Planning and Organising
Ability to use initiative to prioritise workload and proactively manage a variety of tasks to
maintain the smooth running and efficiency of the Academy.

5. Problem Solving
Ability to understand their needs and problems of customers and support them quickly to
solve their issues whilst maintain the company reputation and image at all times.
