J likes his personal space.

What you would be doing
Support will be in the home until you get to know J.
The idea of the support hours is for you to keep J safe and for J to learn some independence away from mum and dad and build on his confidence in social situations.
The support hours will give mum and dad a small break from their caring role.
The person I would like
It is essential you have experience of supporting others with learning disabilities and associated challenging behaviour.
You will need to be physically fit, J is incredibly quick and can spontaneously run.
If you can drive this would be an advantage due to our remote location.
Someone who is reliable and willing to be interactive and encouraging in order to improve and develop skills.
