Female Personal Assistant (s)

Hours                 14 hours per week consisting of morning and lunch time calls, 7 days per week

                           AM call – approx. 7.30-8.00am for 1 hour

                           Lunch time call – approx. 12noon for 30 minutes

Rate of Pay        £9.70 per hour

Location            Great Park, Newcastle upon Tyne                          

Personal Assistant required to support a friendly lady who lives with her husband, two young children and friendly dog.  The role will be to support with some aspects of everyday life due to M.E, fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis which then causes ongoing fatigue.

You will support with a busy home life including supporting with the parenting role, making breakfast for the children and making sure they get ready and off to school safely. You will support with general housework and prompting to take medication. There will also be some support with some aspects of personal care including showering.

This role will also include support with medical appointment and collecting prescriptions. For this reason, you will need to be a driver with your own transport. You will be reimbursed for mileage.

This role is subject to a DBS and satisfactory references.
