Due to our continued growth and success we have a vacancy for a Transport Accounts Administration to work in our busy Transport Accounts Office. Reporting into the Transport Accounts Administration Supervisor the successful candidate will be a highly motivated and self -sufficient individual who is able to work on their own initiative as well as being part of a bigger team.

Monday – Friday 09.30 – 14.30

The main responsibilities of the Transport Accounts Administrator include:

  • Pricing and invoicing of complex customer invoices.
  • Checking and auditing existing customer invoices.
  • Liaising with internal and external customers regarding invoice processes.
  • Resolving any customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Assisting the POD department to cover holidays/busy periods.

The essential qualities of the Transport Accounts Administrator include:

  • Experience of invoicing and checking a large volume of commercial invoices.
  • Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience of working within a logistics operation.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
