About the Employee

Employer is a 56 year old man who lives on his own. He has a variety of ailments and struggles to maintain his daily living needs. Employer has the conditions of ME, Fibromyalgia, and Chiari Malformation Type 1 which impacts on his ability to care of himself.

Main Duties  

• Assist with Day-to-Day tasks.
• Assisting with housework, i.e cleaning, laundry, changing bed linen, vacuuming and bathroom once a week.
• Assisting with heavy domestic tasks, i.e carrying shopping bags.
• Accompanying employer when going to the local shop to do food shopping.
• Meal prep, making nutritious meals
• Assist with making food shopping lists and meal plans for the week. 

Ideal PA

• Good communication and personable
• Good humour
• Experience or good understanding of conditions such as ME, Fibromyalgia, and Chiari Malformation Type 1
• Able to work independently, little assistance required
• Good organizational skills
• Full UK license
• Own vehicle 

Required

• DBS Check
• 2 References from previous workplace or current workplace
• Long term employment
• Flexible working hours

• Good Health & Safety around the household
• Good cooking skills as food prep is essential
• Ability to listen and learn
• Multitasker
• Local to Hove

Working Hours

• 7 hours a week

Salary

• Employee rate £11.30 per hour
