House Keeper / Support Worker

Support Worker/housekeeper Required in Macclesfield, SK11

Up to 8 hours per week (days and times to be mutually agreed)

Up to £10 per hour depending upon experience

Purpose of the Job

I am a gentleman who lives in Lyme Green and requires assistance with household tasks, laundry and shopping

Personal Assistant Specification

An animal lover would be beneficial as I own a dog

It would be helpful if you have access to your own vehicle with business insurance (class 1)

My assistant must be honest, trustworthy, and reliable, must respect my privacy and maintain my dignity at all times.

My assistant must be enthusiastic and flexible with a caring disposition. You must be able to work well independently and a sense of humour!

The personal assistant should understand their role in facilitating the self-defined needs of the employer

Experience is preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided.

The post is subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure which will be funded through your employer

Supervision

My personal assistant is accountable to me in all aspects of their work. They should always ask what my needs are and listen to my directions and respect my wishes.

Assist me with light house keeping and laundry.

The main duties identified in the job description are examples of the expectations required; I may on occasions reasonably request additional activities to be undertaken inside or outside of the home.
