Position: Client Relationship Manager

Salary: £30k to £35k 

Full Time - 37.5 hours per week

Location: Hybrid based in the office and at home

We are looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our growing team, a focused and results driven individual able to build and maintain client relationships as well as help to develop the team and processes. 

Key Skills/Attributes

  • Client Service and pro-active Client relationship management experience
  • Reporting, marketing suggestions, promotion of services and products to our clients
  • Stakeholder management and relationship building
  • Decision making and deadline driven
  • Ability to read and understand management reporting tools with experience in analytics
  • Influencing and persuasion skills
  • Microsoft packages, particularly Excel
  • Planning and organisation skills
  • High standard of communication skills with the ability to communicate with confidence at multiple levels within an organisation
  • Proactively analyse data to answer key questions from stakeholders
  • Have problem solving skills using logic as well as intuition to make sense of a situation or issue and come up with an intelligent solution


  • Management of key e-commerce and customer experience projects, including affiliate marketing, conversion funnel and tags
  • Digital product knowledge and fit into e-commerce solutions/CRM
  • Ability to identify and implement internal service improvements
