CS Electronics [UK] Ltd is a privately owned, small family owned, and very successful company conveniently based in the East Midlands.

Our mission is simply to provide and supply the best PCB’s and service. We offer a competitive salary on experience plus a company pension after a successful probationary period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing a technical understanding to customers
  • Preparing the renewal letters, quotations, invoices, and notifications to customers
  • Finding new customers using internet research
  • Speaking to customers on the phone
  • Driving sales through strong selling practices to include prospect identification, relationship development, needs assessment, competitive product positioning, negotiation, and closure.
  • Maintaining all records and paperwork relevant to the function and ensuring they are accurate and up to date at all times
  • Packaging products for despatch
  • Creating marketing letters and keeping the website linked

With experience in Sales/Procurement, excellent negotiation, and influencing skills you will have confidence in your ability and be able to take in information from a variety of sources in order to maximise our commercial success

Skills Required:

  • A strong commercial mind and an instinct for a deal
  • Great communication skills - working with our suppliers, customers, and sales teams and with all levels of our organisation. Ability to juggle multiple projects at any one time and cut through complexity
  • An eye for numbers - analytical and problem solving
  • Ability to influence and negotiate to ensure we are getting the best deals for our customers, always
  • Able to inspire and support those working around you, both direct and indirect reports and be a strong team player with experience in cross-functional working
  • Show resilience and tenacity
  • Experience within the PCB/Electronics industry would be advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent telephone manners

The hours of work are 40 per week. 

This role would be suitable for applicants with experience as a Business Development Manager, Procurement Manager, Sales Development Manager.
