We have an exciting permanent opportunity available for an experienced Administrator to join our small office team based in Southam, Warwickshire. In return, we offer a competitive salary, 22 days holiday plus stats and onsite parking.
Salto Systems is a reputable company within the access control market working on projects in more than 70 countries. Customers include some of the world’s top universities, corporate buildings, hotels and healthcare providers.
The Administrator will be responsible for:
- Answering the phone and acting as first point of contact for customer enquiries
- Processing orders
- General administration tasks
To be successful, the Administrator will have the following skills and experience:
- Previous office experience
- Order processing experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
To be suitable for this role you will previously have worked as an Office Administrator, Order Processing Clerk, General Administrator, Sales Administrator.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
The salary is £19-20k per annum depending on experience.
