Accept Recruitment is looking for an Account Administrator for our Client based in Clayton West, HD8.

Are you an exceptional account executive looking for a 9-12 month contract within a rapidly growing business? Develop your account management skills working with some of the top blue-chip industries in business by utilising your experience to support an account director by  building effective relationships with key customer contacts and taking ownership of customer orders, complaints and SLA’s.

Daily Duties

  • Working closely with clients on a day to basis, taking ownership and accountability to ensure allocated accounts are managed to the highest levels of customer service and standards are consistently achieved.
  • Manage customer jobs through the business, providing accurate and timely job instructions to all departments, agreeing schedules and monitoring job progress.
  • Ensure effective stock management and replenishment for allocated  accounts
  • Raise accurate client invoices to meet expected targets and timescales
  • Support the Account Director in the generation of customer MI reports
  • Understand and evaluate production timings/requirements in order that all job deadlines are met.
  • Responsible for ensuring that client complaints are dealt with to a satisfactory resolution and within the stated timescales.

  • Understanding the business goals and how individual contributions contribute to these.
  • Identifying and addressing internal and external customer needs and demonstrating a commitment to a world-class level of service in line with agreed standards and measurements.


Experience / Skills Required

  • Minimum of GCSE “O” level passes in English Language and Mathematics or equivalent
  • Relevant experience within a Customer Service environment, ideally within the Direct Mail/Transactional Mail or Print industry.
  • Possesses a sound working knowledge of windows-based applications
  • To fully understand and make efficient and effective use of internal systems.
  • To demonstrate strong written and oral communications.

Location: Huddersfield, Clayton West, HD8

Contract type: 9-12 month contract 

Salary: £25 -£30k per annum- depending on experience
