The Digital Product Analyst is an integral part of the Ecommerce Team, which is responsible for the full end-to-end product lifecycle, from requirements gathering, design, coordination, documentation, and ongoing support to end of life. The role will be working across variety of multi-platform digital products including websites, online customer service portal, digital entitlement, and checkout processes.
This is a hands-on role working alongside product stakeholders including: clients, partners, end-users, vendors, sales staff, product management staff, technical and development staff, operations, client management and marketing staff to enhance and improve the assigned products.
The role holder will be expected to support the Ecommerce Manager to deliver the digital strategy and be able to communicate directly with clients to understand their needs and effectively translate them into requirements documentation and user stories.
This is a challenging position with the scope to make a real impact on the future development of the ecommerce function and success of the wider business as it grows.
A keen interest in Digital Commerce and User Experience (UX) Design is advantageous.

Essential
- Strong analytical skills and an understanding of how to interpret customer/business needs and translate these into application and operational requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate in meetings and to communicate technical issues using simple and clear language in both verbal and written form.
- Methodical and thoughtful approach to problem solving.
- Ability to work independently with clients when required.
- Self-motivated with the ability to self-manage your own time effectively.
- Possess a good understanding and keen interest in the role of technology in business transformation and operational efficiency.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite.
