Salary; £21,000 - £23,000 Dependent upon experience

Hours; Monday-Friday the hours of work will be flexible to meet with the business demands and may include weekend and evenings. This role also consists of an on-call rota across weekends.

We are looking for an experienced Training Coordinator to join us at Intuitus or Training company based in our head office in Coventry. We are looking for someone to join the active and rewarding world that is Training.

As Training Coordinator your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting in meeting the Training KPI’s
  • Booking venues
  • Completing learners Enrolment inclusive of Initial Advice and Guidance
  • Assisting in the complete training journey from initial learning plans through to certification
  • Attending job fairs and recruiting learners onto funded programmes
  • Schedule and complete learner progress reviews
  • Ensuring that all Training processes are adhered to
  • Monitoring and reporting on learner progress
  • Preparing course materials ahead of delivery
  • Invigilating exams and assisting in delivery sessions
  • Working within best practice guidelines to comply with industry regulations
  • Bring new ideas to the table to contribute to our continual aim to deliver the best service to our candidates, learners and clients.
  • Liaising with trainers and learners
  • Uploading and monitoring learners across the LMS system
  • Ensuring that all training documentation is of the highest standard and in line with our IQA Policy.

The successful Training Coordinator will have the following experience:

  • Experience of funding paperwork
  • Strong customer service experience and telephone manner
  • Full clean driving licence
  • Good knowledge of excel
  • Experience in managing an LMS
  • Ability to work to a high standard under pressure is paramount
  • Positive energy and the ability to motivate those around you
  • Proactive and keen to bring new ideas to the table
  • Background in safety, security, transport, logistics, training, or events
