Enthusiastic Support Workers required for our client who is a gentleman with a complex brain injury within the Bromley/Croydon area.

Can you help make a difference to our client who requires 2-1 care with all aspects of his care? Would you like to work in a family home knowing you are improving our clients quality of life and join an established team of friendly staff for 2-1 specialised care?

Our client loves to go out in the community and he enjoys time with his family and carers.

Our client seeks someone who is well organised with a positive attitude, quick learner, flexible and is able to respond to emergencies.

You will have a full two-week intense induction to the role supported by our client’s wife and experienced support team. Training for care needs include:

 Peg/Enteral Feeding/Medication
 Nebulisers/Suctioning
 Observation Checks
 Hoisting
 Passive Physio

Due to an increase in care needs we can offer part-time or full-time:

Day shifts 8.00am - 8.00pm
Night shifts 8.00pm – 8.00am
Some shifts 9.00am – 3.00pm
Evenings available too

Initial rates of pay: £12.00 per hour Monday to Friday, £14.00 per hour Saturday and Sunday. Increasing as soon as client specific specialised training is completed which we arrange in house to £14.00 per hour Monday to Friday and £16.00 per hour Saturday and Sunday.

An NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is desirable. Otherwise the applicant must be willing to undertake Care Certificate training.

All posts are subject to Enhanced DBS Disclosure with Adult Workforce Barring. A full driving licence is essential.
