A highly successful premium luxury vehicle manufacturer has a role working within a team managing their authorised body & paint programme.  The role will have responsibility for managing the programme in line with the manufacturer’s objectives covering the North of Great Britain.

Candidate

You will have a good track record in managing key business to business relationships, perhaps through a key account management role and experience of the body & paint repair industry. You will need to demonstrate the ability to work well within a small team, but also be able to build relationships within a large corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all repairers within region comply to manufacturers standards.
  • Ensure all repairers within region comply with the global tools and equipment standards.
  • Ensure all repairers within region comply with or are working towards the MET, EV, Panel & Paint learner journeys.
  • Conduct annual assessments, and manage ongoing capability and compliance, detailing non-compliance and creating appropriate action plans.
  • Provide system access coaching, ensuring the appropriate staff have access and use the systems as the programme requires.
  • Develop Authorised Bodyshops to deliver and maintain class leading customer experience
  • Conduct regular Authorised repairer and Retailer visits, ensuring that detailed and appropriate reports are retained.
  • Maintain Network Portal and all regional programme files for training, eLearning, KPI’s, incentives, NPS.
  • Supporting revenue and retention streams to include branded Insurance accident assistance deployments, TLA programme
  • Develop brand technical and commercial knowledge to deliver subject matter expertise.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections providing detailed and factual inspection reports.
  • Attend meetings and present as required.

  • Exceptional networking, inter-personal and influencing skills, comfortable and experienced with delivering presentations to varied audiences.
  • Strong planning and project delivery capabilities
  • Core IT skills (use of MS office)

Requirements

A business expensed company car will be provided along with mobile phone, laptop and associated equipment. Salary will be subject to experience and skill set.

There is an option to join the Company Pension and private medical scheme.

As the role requires you to be mobile and the use of a company car, we can only accept suitable candidates with clean driving Licence or a maximum of 3 points.
