Warehouse Administrator

Accept Recruitment is currently looking for a Warehouse Administrator for one of our Clients based in Clayton West, HD8 area.

 ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure imaging for all clients is processed in accordance with agreed requirements and service levels, ensuring quality and integrity of data and information is maintained throughout the process.

• Accurate inputting/processing of data under time monitored conditions
• Handling members of the public personal certificates
• Accurately record, sort and distribute incoming post into relevant document categories
• Compile delivery list for outgoing post
• Frank and record different postage requirements appropriately
• Quality check data entered by other operators and rectify any errors
• Scanning documents onto client servers
• Run reports, raise and respond to queries when interacting with clients
• Carry out periodic testing programmes on software following client change requests
• Liaising with software developer including updates and defects
• Process, handle and Bank cheques

SKILLS REQUIRED

Possesses a sound working knowledge of windows-based applications

• Computer literacy and numeracy
• Commercial awareness
• Extremely proactive and results focused
• Flexible and reliable in approach to work
• Ability to work accurately and to deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Planning and organisational skills
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Good attention to detail
• Resilient with the ability to work under pressure

EXPECTED ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

Qualifications

• GCSE passes or equivalent in Maths and English desirable.
• Computer skills essential.

Experience Required

• Office/Administration experience desirable but not essential

Shifts and rates of pay:

• Monday - Friday 
• 8:00 -16:00
• £8.91ph
