We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Adviser to join our team of HR professionals, providing employee relation support to a portfolio of schools, Academies and Multi-Academy Trusts.
This is a varied role where you will act as the first point of contact to provide advice and solutions to schools on employee relations matters including, working arrangements, contractual matters, sickness, employee communication and consultation, either via phone or e-mail, in line with current legislation.
You must be passionate about providing outstanding customer service across and delivering expert HR advice and guidance in a timely and effective manner, whilst maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and integrity.
What will it take to be successful?
Highly organised with great attention to detail, delivering quality work to deadlines. You will need a willingness to continually learn and develop, strong communication skills and an ability to work with staff across all levels. You must be honest and discreet with a professional and diligent approach to work. A minimum of 6 months experience in an administrative role within a HR environment is essential.
