Accept Recruitment is currently looking for Recruitment Manager to join our Team in Leicester.

Operations Manager will manage the growth and success of the teams. Coordinates activities that affect operational decisions and business requirements. Responsible for the recruitment, procurement, and planning of daily operations. Communicates with all relevant employees to ensure delivery times and targets are met. You need the ability to attract and retain the best talent and coach / train both new and established Consultants and Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:

P&L Management: 

  • Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way 
  • Managing budgets and forecasts, allocating funds, and defining financial objectives 
  • Implement strategic KPI’s to your direct reports to ensure bottom line revenue numbers are met 
  • Managing overheads of the departments to ensure within budget 
  • Being part of the Senior Management team and working closely with General and Regional Managers to be an integral part of their expansion plans and success 

Business Development: 

  • Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities 
  • Briefing employees on current sales goals, promotions, and other relevant information 
  • Creating and presenting complex commercial proposals 
  • Working with General and Regional Managers, ensuring a clear focus on growth 

Team Management: 

  • Effectively building, supporting and managing teams to ensure they are in the right position to execute and fulfil their objectives 
  • Conducting regular 1-to-1’s to identify areas of support needed and training programmes 
  • Supporting onboarding and induction of staff across the network 
  • Bring out the best of personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation 
  • Manage team’s HR process through HR Platform 

Service Management: 

  • Devising and implementing recruitment plans, campaigns and activity within agreed deadlines 
  • Ensuring that excellent customer service is at the centre of everything done 
  • Leading by example, showcasing what excellent is and enable them to deliver it 
  • Managing the company’s relationships with their clients within all sectors under your area 
  • Negotiating and securing partnership agreements 
  • Interacting with customers on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback 
  • Manage and maintain the CRM database, oversee payroll, compliance, staff trainings, audits and administration 
  • Conducting presentations at managers’ meetings 
  • Work closely with marketing team to develop social media presence and to increase brand awareness within the area 
  • Guiding managers on the optimum use of resources, monitoring the use of temporary workers to ensure effective deployment and minimise costs 
  • Ensuring frequent contact is maintained with temporary workers to ensure both parties are satisfied to a high level and to facilitate retention 
  • Encouraging the team to proactively develop good working relationships with clients, to ensure their needs are understood and met 

Compliance Management: 

  • Responsible for completing internal/external audit and compliance processes within the area 
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations 
  • Assist the General and Regional Managers to ensure 100% legislative and compliance and to identify best practice in current operating methods across the Region 
  • Ensure that all H&S standards are always adhered to, and enforce action where required 


Skills & Attributions:

  • Extensive recruitment market knowledge with in depth understanding of HR processes and Recruitment Law 
  • On-site, industrial and driving sectors experience 
  • Leadership ability, supportive approach, and a goal-oriented approach to work 
  • Outstanding organisational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines/targets
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally, both in 1-2-1 and in group presentation situation 
  • Problem-solving ability 
  • Experience of managing process from end to end with responsibility for completion 
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office packages 
  • Ambitious, both for the company and on a personal level 
  • Strong delivery orientation – gets the job done


Must Have:

  • Minimum of 5+ years senior management experience in recruitment 
  • Valid driving licence and access to own vehicle 
  • Flexible work availability 
  • Willingness to travel/flexibility 


  • £35-£40k depending on experience 
  • This is a permanent role, working full-time hours 40 hours per week. Weekend availability required due to nature of events 
  • Bonus scheme
