Accept Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Industrial Account Manager to be based in Leeds.

The ideal candidate should be able to drive and have access to their own vehicle. 

Experience in the recruitment sector is essential.

About the job

  • Taking full ownership when it comes to managing and developing the pool of workers.
  • Participating and promoting all engagement initiatives with the team
  • Working with several clients (recruiting, booking, and managing workforce)
  • Advertising, screening, and interviewing
  • Managing and processing payroll weekly
  • Client and candidate engagement
  • Hands-on people management     

About you

  • You will have proven experience working in the employment agency within the Industrial sector.
  • You will be experienced in working for a fast-moving, dynamic, and service-led organisation. 
  • You will have responsibilities for service delivery and customer relationship management.
  • You will be a confident communicator.
  • You will have strong interpersonal skills and an executive presence to effectively communicate at all levels.
  • You will have gained a proven track record of managing different teams through all stages of the recruitment process.
  • You will have a proven record of performance management and of profitable contract management.
  • You can work under your initiative, as well as part of the team.
  • You should be confident with your time management.
  • You will have a pragmatic approach and a problem-solving attitude.
  • You will understand the legal demands.

Role Requirements

  • Strong IT capabilities (Word, Excel, Outlook - Training will be given for the internal systems)
  • Previous recruitment experience within the Industrial sector
  • Driving licence and access to own vehicle
  • Role-based in Leeds with coverage of surrendering areas (Wakefield, Bradford, Huddersfield, etc.)

Working Hours

8:30 am-5 pm Mon-Fri + weekend rota on call

We are looking for someone with a recruitment background who understands the requirement of supplying flexible workers when it comes to working hours.

You will be required (during busier periods) to work flexible hours including some weekends to meet the client's demands. 

The successful applicant will be required to undertake an on-call facility. This on-call requirement is based on a rota. 

Salary: Competitive £23k per annum- negotiable, depending on experience
