We work with many exciting mainstream brands such as Marvel, Disney, Star Wars, and Harry Potter designing, developing and manufacturing a wide range of gifts, stationery and wall art for our retail partners in the UK and worldwide.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking applications from enthusiastic and dedicated individuals for the position of International Sales Administrator.

This is a full time, office based role.  Normal hours of work are 9.00am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, with a one hour unpaid lunch break each day.

International Sales Administrator - The Role:

An integral part of our very busy International Sales team, you will provide administration support and deal with a wide range of telephone and email enquiries from our International customers.  Duties will include processing orders, dealing with invoice / product queries, price checking and general office administration. You will need to be organised with strong IT skills and able to prioritise and input customer orders accurately and efficiently. You will undertake processes to set up new customers, ensuring credit checks are completed and all necessary documentation is in place.

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience gained from a similar role in a Sales / Customer Service environment
  • Strong administration skills and great attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A good standard of IT skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel) and in-house systems
  • Additional language skills would be a bonus
  • Proactive, highly organised and able to work to tight deadlines
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • The ability to plan and prioritise own workload
  • Must be a great team player, willing to support and assist colleagues as needed
  • A flexible approach with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude
