Are you an administrator with a background working in a school environment? 

Do you have experience dealing with SIMS or are you willing to learn?

Are you friendly, outgoing and highly motivated?

U-Educate are currently recruiting for a bank of school administrators to work in the Birmingham and surrounding areas. It is advantageous that applicants have a minimum of 6 months school administration experience and be proficient on SIMS or Similar School system. However, applicants with strong administration experience in a similar sector will also be considered but you must have the drive and enthusiasm to learn new skills and have the ability to adapt quickly. You must also be willing to work on a temporary basis initially as the majority of positions will be temporary to begin with but will often lead to long term and permanent opportunities.

As a School Administrator your day to day responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Inputting details onto SIMS (Or other school programmes)
  • Answering phones and taking messages
  • Typing of letters and memos 
  • Filing, faxing and photocopying 
  • Dealing with parents and pupils

You must be:

  • Proactive 
  • Hardworking
  • Used to working to strict deadlines
  • Not afraid to take on new tasks
  • Able to multi task
  • Outgoing and have a friendly personality
