REPORTS TO:                                     Director of Business Resources

A requirement has arisen for an ICT Support Technician to assist with the ICT operations across the business including supporting end users with technical problems and requests.

The person should be able to demonstrate skills in providing excellent customer service which align with the company’s values. This person should be proactive in providing timely responses to user requests and issues and be responsible for troubleshooting technical problems with a can-do attitude. The ability to understand technical issues/requests against business impact is crucial.

The role will include assisting with the management of the IT outsourced support function, reporting on operational and capital budgets and contributing to the wider operational teams use of different systems. The person will be comfortable liaising with third party suppliers and stakeholders of varying IT literacy and produce clear documentation to develop the IT skills of staff.
