Accept Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Contract Manager to join our dynamic and passionate team in the Leicestershire area.

 As an Account Manager you will be require:

  • Managing a portfolio of accounts - building strong relationships and meeting client expectations 
  • Increasing clients spend through proactive account management
  • Managing recruited candidate's performances and troubleshooting any issues to ensure that clients and candidates are consistently satisfied
  • Working towards achieving KPI’s
  • Maintaining compliance standards
  • Managing a group of direct reports
  • Recruiting (using various sources), inducting and coaching  

A successful candidate will need to have:

  • Recruitment experience
  • Ability to match candidates to temporary assignments through accurate skill identification
  • Strong problem solving and organisational skills
  • A motivated, proactive and target focused manner
  • Own car and driving licence are essential for this role
  • An ability to think ‘outside the box’ and come up with solutions quickly
  • Exceptional attention to detail

In return Accept Recruitment will offer a salary of up to 25k depending on experience and offer benefits such as bonus packages.

Working pattern -Monday - Friday 8:00 -17:00 but full flexibility is required due to Clients’ various start and finish times.
