Creative Administrator

We are seeking an individual with excellent all round administration skills to join our business as Creative Administrator, based at our premises in Leicester. Established in 1992, we have grown from a small UK business selling posters, into a hugely successful multinational organisation. We work with many exciting mainstream brands such as Marvel, Disney, Star Wars, and Harry Potter designing, developing and manufacturing a wide range of gifts and stationery for our high street retail partners in the UK and worldwide.

Working alongside our team of designers, the Creative Administrator will provide full administration support to our Creative and Licensing departments, developing an understanding of licensed product development for mass market.


Creative Administrator - Key Responsibilities:

  • To secure a positive licensed product approval on design, sample and packaging submissions in accordance with multiple licensed guidelines and restrictions
  • Reviewing of design concepts and product samples to ensure they align with licensors guidelines and providing feedback to the Creative team
  • Prioritise and plan workload according to multiple licensor approval times
  • Follow up on urgent submissions by phone / email to ensure strict deadlines are met
  • Develop a healthy, working relationship with key licensors to the mutual benefit of all
  • Organise multiple licensed product submissions on a daily basis
  • Be able to adapt to different online submission systems
  • Update online approval system tracker
  • Send out pre-production samples to licensors and maintain an up to date log of sent items
  • Updating relevant spreadsheets with licensor sampling information
  • Process orders for pre-production and production samples, including all relevant paperwork

 Creative Administrator - Key skills and experience:

  • Previous administration experience ideally gained in a similar role
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise tasks
  • Highly organised and efficient with accuracy and good attention to detail
  • A confident and professional communicator to deal with people at all levels via email, telephone and in person
  • Strong IT skills, particularly Excel
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills
  • An interest in Movies, TV and Gaming IP’s would be ideal but is not essential
  • Plenty of initiative and able to manage your time and workload independently
  • Polite and friendly with a mature attitude
  • Adaptable, reliable and a great team player
