Purpose of the Job
The role is a key leadership role reporting directly to the Director, HR working within our HR Advisory teams, you will advise and coach on a full and varied caseload of employment matters. Within an education setting, you will be providing general employment law advice on a broad range of topics, including but not limited to HR policies; disciplinary and grievance processes; performance management;, restrictive covenants; restructurings and TUPE transfers; data subject access requests; employment litigation, contingent labour matters; and executive recruitment and terminations.
With a passion for blending your technical expertise with your outstanding communication and customer service skills, you will take pride in delivering a first class service to our customers. Having the confidence and ability to take appropriate daily decisions on cases to ensure swift progression will be key to your success.
