Experienced Part-Time *Female Night Rehabilitation Support Worker

£14.00 to £16.00 per hour

Experienced Part-Time *Female Night Rehabilitation Support Workers required for a 47-year-old lady who has acquired a brain injury and mental health illness living in the Stourbridge area.

This is an opportunity to join an established friendly team and we seek dynamic and motivated rehabilitation support workers. You will be working closely with specialist treating therapists.

It is essential that you share some of our client’s interest in nature, conservation, classical music, yoga, dance, poetry, arts and crafts and mindfulness/meditation and are able to lead an activity with her.

Working hours: 24-36 hours per week plus additional cover for holidays and sickness when required.  There is a requirement to do an induction on days although hours can be arranged flexibly.

Our client seeks someone who is well organised, flexible and have previous experience of working with acquired brain injury or mental health and challenging behaviour. A full driving licence is essential due to the location not being on direct transport links.

Rates of pay: £14.00 per hour Monday to Friday, £16.00 per hour Saturday and Sunday.

An NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is desirable. Otherwise the applicant must be willing to undertake Care Certificate training.  Client specific training will be provided.

All posts are subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure with Adult Workforce Barring.  Full training will be provided. A full driving licence is essential.
