Project Coordinator

£25,000 - £30,000 per annum

With this in mind we have an excellent opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our well-established Process Development team team based at our Vehicle Enhancement Division in Ashby De La Zouch, Leicestershire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reporting and facilitating business centric development projects, ensuring control of costs, budgets and resource requirements. They will help to define project milestones, whilst ensuring key stakeholders are engaged at appropriate times to deliver defined requirements.


The main responsibilities are as follows;

  • Producing project documentation including project charters/plans, key milestone plans and business case proposals which include risk implications and dependency management
  • Support project owners through the reporting of information within key business development projects, and reporting at various business levels
  • Encourage and grow employee engagement through meetings and business awareness workshops
  • Coordination of project stakeholders including arranging and attending face to face and VC meetings
  • Tracking costs against planned budgets
  • Production of reports, minutes and agendas and then the dissemination to all appropriate stakeholders
  • General admin duties as required to support the wider process improvement team

The successful candidate must have the following;

  • Previous project coordination/management experience ideally within a manufacturing/engineering environment
  • Experience of defining and delivering various physical and/or digital projects
  • Exposure/awareness of project management software and tools
  • Able to coordinate multi-disciplined stakeholders and facilitate effective and professional communications
  • Proven strong organisational skills
  • Has the ability to resolve routine problems with established solutions
  • Financially & commercially aware
  • MS Office competent
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative

The hours of work are 09:00 – 17:00 Mon – Thurs, 09:00 – 16:30 Fri - (37 hrs per week)
