I have the following diagnoses; fibromyalgia, metabolic syndrome, sleep disorder, chronic fatigue, asthma, arthritis in my hands, and hearing loss.

I experienced a heart attack in 2013 and cancer in 2016.

I am also borderline malnourished due to a condition that leaves me feeling nauseas during each meal which can result in regular vomiting.

Due to my Metabolic Syndrome I need to eat a healthy nutritious diet. I need support from someone to prepare and provide my meals.

I need support with simple household tasks including washing up, cleaning kitchen work tops and cleaning my bathroom after I have used it.

I need someone with me when I go to my appointments due to my fatigue and "brain fog"
