Customer Advisor (Repairs & Maintenance)

£21157 - £22171 per annum
37.5 / per week - Full-Time

We provide housing to those who find themselves in vulnerable situations. We need to ensure we keep their homes maintained and in good order. Can you help us??

BCHA helps people off the streets, out of abuse, over skills barriers and onto independence and work, providing a range of accommodation, support, training and work opportunities.

You will be the first point of contact for customers reporting repairs, and you will respond to all calls and enquiries coming into the service. You will record customer repair orders, obtain full repair information and accurately diagnose repairs. 

You will be responsible for effective diary management by planning repairs, making appointments with customers, allocating work to trade operatives and ensuring the best use of skills whilst taking into account geography.

We are looking for people who are genuinely care about people who experience homelessness and related health needs as well as people having to survive of lower incomes needing social and more affordable homes to live in. You need to be passionate and creative in all you do, always looking to grow and improve personal competences and experiences.

DBS checks are required for roles where you will be working with or have lone contact with Vulnerable Adults and Children.
