36 hours a week term time Monday to Sunday during
Breakdown of hours description:
20 hours a week Monday – Friday
10 hours a week at the weekend Saturday or Sunday
6 hours Monday Tuesday and Thursday
72 Hours a week Monday to Sunday during Non Term Time
Break down of hours description:
Monday to Friday 30 hours a week
20 hours - 2 hours morning and 2 hours evening
10 hours at weekend Saturday or Sunday
Support for holiday club 12 hours
Hours will be worked on a rota basis and you will need to be flexible.
Rates of Pay £12.35 Weekday Rate - £16.06 Weekend Rate

I am looking to create a new team of PA’s, a minimum team of 4 valuable people. Your support will help enable my 18 year old daughter to live independently. I can offer you job satisfaction, a warm and friendly work environment and an opportunity to really make a difference. My daughter is a very bubbly and sociable teenager, uses a wheelchair and requires 1:1 support throughout the day and night. She communicates through some signs and gestures and loves life!
To provide 1:1 support (2:1 in certain cases) during all shifts. She requires 1:1 support for all aspects of personal care, accessing the community, socialising, communicating, eating, preparation and administration of medication and fluids via gastrostomy and any other similar and reasonable tasks as agreed by us.
Support to access and use necessary facilities or services in the local community including public transport and recreational facilities or services for eg swimming, shopping etc
Support in engaging in voluntary opportunities.
Must have a full UK licence with no accidents or conviction in the last 5 years as these are the terms of my Motability van use.
I am looking for experienced PA’s who must have an open mind that is flexible, adaptable and a willingness to help support my daughter to achieve the best life she can. What is important to us is that you are respectful, honest, understanding, patient and reliable. You have a zest for life, are innovative and have a drive for us to work together and learn new things and experience new opportunities. A good sense of humour is vital.
You must have a willingness to learn and attend training when required.
