*Female Children's Support Worker

Experienced energetic and enthusiastic *Female Children’s Support Worker required for a delightful and bright nine-year-old girl who has Cerebral Palsy and is suffering from developmental delay. The support worker will be required to work with our client in a supportive role within the family home.  Our client lives in the Holbeach area.

We are seeking a part time rehabilitation support worker for a minimum of 24-28 hours a week.  More hours available in the school holidays.

Shifts are 7am-9.30pm, 2.30pm-8pm, 4pm-8pm and 10am-8pm shifts.

Ideally you will be very flexible to cover additional hours, annual leave and sickness and attend therapy training.

It is expected that the hours will gradually increase to provide twenty-four-hour care in the future.

We are seeking bubbly, enthusiastic and very energetic support workers who are flexible, patient and dynamic. You must have experience of working with children with disabilities.

You must be able to drive and willing to go out with the family for the day, weekends away and on holidays.

Rates of pay: £14.00 per hour Monday to Friday, £16.00 per hour Saturday and Sunday.

An NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is desirable. Otherwise the applicant must be willing to undertake Care Certificate training.

All posts are subject to Enhanced DBS Disclosure with Child Workforce Barring. Full training will be provided. A full driving licence is essential along with your own vehicle.
