It's an exciting time to be joining the Tenancy Team for Supported Housing at BCHA. Having made some major changes in the way we deliver services, you will be an integral part of ensuring tenancy success and positive outcomes for the range of customers who rely on our services.
As Tenancy Officer, you will be one of the front line representative of our team in Exeter and it is essential that you possess polished interpersonal skills and an ability to engage both customers and colleagues while delivering first-rate services that are both professional and flexible.
We want to ensure our services are consistent, transparent and fair and our properties are well maintained and safe to live in.
If you have a passion for providing excellent customer service and are motivated by the opportunity to shape and inform delivery, then this role could be for you.
DBS checks are required for roles where you will be working with or have lone contact with Vulnerable Adults and Children.
