Accept Recruiting is currently recruiting for an experienced Social Media Executive, on behalf of our client who is a highly successful distributor, retailer and manufacturer of Vape and CBD products including vape oil, capsules, gummies, sprays, creams, balms etc. Due to a continued expansion of their business, they are looking for ambitious and self-driven individual with a passion to learn and grow and become an invaluable addition to our in-house team. As Social Media Executive, you will be reporting directly to the Marketing Manager and responsible for managing the PR and both organic and paid social media strategy for multiple brands within the group.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Managing the social media accounts across a number of sectors to drive business and market presence.
Develop and plan a robust content calendar across all social media platforms ensuring a constant supply of relevant content to deliver a positive impact on sales growth and customer retention.
Manage social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn for all group brands
Support the Marketing Manager in the identification of new PR opportunities and campaigns.
Engage with customers and followers by developing positive PR opportunities via social media platforms.
Brainstorm fresh ideas for social media campaigns.
Draft and schedule social posts and campaigns
Create social strategy and content plans.
Post, re-post and engage with followers across all platforms.
Build great relationships across the business to ensure all product, trade and design teams are relevant and timely.
Ensure regular communication with our audiences to build brand trust and loyalty including promoting key campaigns
Analyse and report on success on a weekly basis including future recommendations to test.
Monitor competitor activity and social trends on a weekly basis to ensure brand remains relevant.
Brief the customer services team with clear guidelines and regular contact to ensure that their communication with customers is on brand and relevant to each social channel.
Ideal candidate will have previous experience in using Mailchimp or similar marketing and automations platforms and
Previous experience in marketing and/or social media.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Familiar with Google Analytics is preferred but not essential
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong organisational and project management skills.
Ability to understand and break down complex processes to explain them in simple language.
Quick thinking, comprehension and execution.
Excellent in creation of engaging content for various social media pages.
Organised and process-driven approach to work.
40 hrs per week Mon-Fri, 9am-5:30pm
Salary between 22-25k/pa depending on experience
28 days of holiday including 8 days of Bank Holidays
Extra pay for voluntary overtime
