Purpose of the Job

To support the Marketing Manager and wider team to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies aimed at maximising company profits, educating our audience and retaining our customers.

You will be tasked with leading on marketing campaigns and the company website, ensuring that all content and materials across the company are on-brand, creating marketing materials such as landing pages, brochures and flyers, helping to identify marketing trends and report on the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives, as well as organise and coordinate events.

This job is full of variety and you’ll need to be able to turn your hand to a multitude of tasks.

Main Responsibilities/Duties of the Job

  1. Develop and execute engaging marketing campaigns for services and events.
  2. Assess, analyse and report on the results of marketing campaigns and initiatives to understand what approaches are successful.
  3. Support the wider marketing team with executing the marketing strategy.
  4. Assist with keeping customer and prospect distribution lists up-to-date and distributing campaign content.
  5. Lead on the company website creating and publishing new content such as documents, landing pages, forms, ensuring content is up-to-date, branded correctly, optimised for customers and prospects, etc.
  6. Help to drive online traffic with web-related campaigns.
  7. Work alongside our external agency on SEO and PPC to optimise traffic and leads for the sales team.
  8. Carry out periodic audits of website content and archive as required.
  9. Ensure all content across the company is on-brand and consistent in terms of style and quality.
  10. Coordinate the preparation and delivery of marketing materials to support the marketing and sales team, which delivers on EPM’s priorities and needs in line with company objectives, such as brochures, landing pages, flyers, presentations, webinars etc.
  11. Write and proofread copy for sales and marketing materials.
  12. Organise and coordinate events, conferences, webinars, trade shows, etc., including preparing event and support materials.
  13. Pre-event and post-event delegate management for events including collating survey responses.
  14. Assess, analyse and report on the success of any events.
  15. Primary liaison and point of contact for suppliers and delegates.
  16. Contribute towards developing standards, systems and best practices for content creation, distribution maintenance and archiving.
