On behalf of The Plymouth Alliance, BCHA are recruiting a Complex Needs Programme Manager, someone with skills and experience to work alongside the Alliance Leadership Team (ALT).
The Plymouth Complex Needs Alliance (referred to as ‘The Plymouth Alliance’ or ‘TPA’) has been formed to bring together key services for addressing cross cutting challenges that Plymouth faces linked to homelessness, rough sleeping, addiction and trauma. Collectively seven key organisations have been commissioned as an Alliance to deliver a co-produced, integrated system for people living complex lives, with systems leadership and learning at its core.
In this role you will oversee the delivery and compliance of the Alliance contract including any sub-contractual obligations and areas for agreed service transformation in conjunction with nominated leads.
We are looking for someone with the proven ability to coordinate, support and develop implementation and delivery plans and governance frameworks, with the ability to engage with people working at different levels and across sectors.
In order to support system change the applicant will need to have outstanding leadership, negotiating, facilitation and change management skills, with an understanding of Alliance contracting and experience of process and systems thinking in support of service improvement.
