The Role:

The role is a key position within the Body & Paint Team, which is part of the wider Customer Services channel.

The role of will be coordinating Programme Support, Reporting Analytical information, producing network KPI to enable greater customer experience, retention and parts sales growth strategy.

Position Summary:

  • Reporting to the Body & Paint Programme Manager, supporting the day to day co-ordinating and administration of the JLR Body & Paint Programme and also supporting the Field team to achieve objectives via the timely analysis, timely reporting and programme support.
  • The role will be responsible for analysis of research data, creating a number of data outputs initially from various sources
  • Management of Network Portal, Database and record keeping systems, Project Management, invoicing and communications 

Target Profile/Experience:

  • The successful candidate will have an excellent understanding of data
  • experience in an analytical role within a commercial environment alongside a professional, outcome focused approach

Capabilities:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification preferably in a numerate or business discipline
  • Excellent understanding of data, and its role in answering complex business questions
  • High level of accuracy and an aptitude for analysis / business administration
  • Excellent knowledge of analytical and statistical techniques and their application to data
  • Detailed and accurate working practices
  • An ability to produce professional and informative reports
  • PC literate, across the full MS Office suite with particularly strong Excel
  • High levels of flexibility and able to work under own initiative to complete tasks

Additional Detail

Coordination of data sources, Insurance, repairer network, Sales, NPS KPI, updating and development RAG reporting.

Support in managing contracts, agreements and repairer invoices

JLR FIMS Retailer and Authorised repairer database management

Supporting the field team & academy with training allocation, booking and communication

Repairer Network Communications, News letters

Supporting parts verification B&P Parts loyalty, parts analysis

Supporting Programme manager to development numerous projects throughout 2021
