Purpose of the Job:
Reporting directly to the Head of IT, the MIS/BI Developer will drive forward the existing Business Intelligence and reporting function within EPM. Providing reporting and analytics solutions developed in-house utilising the existing Microsoft BI stack, to a broad range of EPM’s stakeholders to meet internal and external customer needs.
The role is hands-on and requires involvement across the complete development lifecycle, define requirements, and identify new opportunities and client issues, responsible for implementing end to end BI solutions to the existing customer base, in addition to promoting/demonstrating the range of BI benefits to users.
The ideal candidate will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a natural ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements and vice versa, to a range of audiences including key stakeholders, business directors, managers, customer and development teams.
The candidate will be required to demonstrate exceptional technical and delivery skills; whilst contributing to the next chapter of the MIS team to support business and customer needs.
