The Sales / Customer Service Advisors main responsibilities:

• Provide information on all our products and assess which is the best fit for our customers
• Ability to demonstrate professional, confident telephone skills
• Timely & professional response to incoming telephone calls
• Listen, probe and analyse enquiries to determine the underlying needs of the call
• Be customer-focused, positive and have a professional attitude

The Sales / Customer Service Advisor must have the following essential qualities:

• Previous customer service experience
• Must have a good telephone manner and be able to work as part of a team
• Ability to demonstrate professional, confident telephone skills
• Have the highest standard of integrity and honesty
• Ability to multi-task, handle volume calls efficiently and think on your feet
• Confidence, drive and an outgoing personality
• Have good communication skills, with the ability to explain information simply and clearly whilst building a strong rapport with customers and resolving any areas of contention
• Computer literate

The working hours are 9am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday with 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am - 2pm 

To be suitable for this role you may have previously worked as: Sales Advisor, Customer Service Advisor, Customer service Representative, Customer Service Assistant, Client advisor, Customer Service.
