P/T Accounts Clerk / Administrator

9-11 per hour DOE
15 - 20 / per week - Part-Time

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Part Time Accounts Clerk / Administrator to join David Pearce Electrical Contractors Ltd in Sapcote, Leicestershire. In return, we offer a competitive salary, flexible working in an idyllic rural office location with onsite parking.

The Accounts Clerk / Administrator will be responsible for time sheet processing and submission for PAYE calculation, debtor control / supplier payment administration and general administration support to the management team.     

 Other duties to include:

  • Sage 50 accounts entry
  • Purchase invoice management
  • Sales invoice management
  • Basic HR admin – processing of holiday requests
  • Dealing with telephone calls

 The successful Accounts Clerk / Administrator will be:

  • Experienced in Sage 50
  • Knowledgeable  of HMRC compliance procedures
  • Computer literate. Familiar with Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Capable of multitasking

 The hours of work are part time. Flexible hours between 15-20 per week (must cover 3 days minimum, 5 days maximum)
