Rate of pay:          £9.75 per hour

 

Mochridhe are currently recruiting for Support Workers in Edinburgh for a variety of shift patterns.

Patience

We need you to have patience as this is an important skill to have when dealing with service users, remaining calm and patient no matter how stressful the task at hand may be is incredibly important. 

 

A Smile

A cheery disposition is something we look for – a smile is sometimes more powerful than a thousand words! The ability to think on your feet and deal with unexpected occurrences and difficult situations can be invaluable – and can even save lives. 

 

Kindness

A little kindness goes a long way and is often greatly appreciated by the service users.  When you put yourself into the shoes of the service user you can truly appreciate what a difference you can make.

 

Above all, at Mochridhe, we require all our staff to display a genuinely compassionate attitude to their work. You will be communicating with our service users and colleagues on a daily basis. We expect all our staff to be friendly, helpful and understanding in their approach.

  • Assisting with general household tasks
