Warehouse Administrator

Due to continued business growth and opening of a new site in Normanton we are looking for Warehouse Administrator.

As a Warehouse Administrator you will be providing administrative support to the projects team and playing pivotal role in the delivery of a seamless service.


Daily duties:

  • Liaising with suppliers and contractors; raising and requesting orders and quotes
  • Booking transport and liaising with transport team
  • Allocation of components using in house Warehouse Management System
  • Working to agreed budgets and monitoring spending


  • Experience of dealing with customers & clients
  • Experience of operating IT systems & Microsoft Office package
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadline
  • Excellent communication skills, over the telephone, email and verbally


Shifts: Monday - Friday 8am – 4.30pm

Pay: £9.18 per hour, overtime paid over 40 hours - £13.77 per hour
