Experienced *Female Children's Suport Worker

14.00 TO 16.00

Experienced energetic, enthusiastic and experienced *Female Children’s Support Workers required for a delightful and bright eight girl old who has cerebral Palsy suffering from developmental delay.  The support worker will be required to work with our client in a supportive role within the family home. Our client lives in the Holbeach area.

This is a new care package for full time support, and we will be seeking a full care team including a team leader in the near future.

Our client is not currently attending school therefore this is interim hours until we can run full time care, term time, before, after school, in school holidays and at weekends.

Initially we are looking to appoint a support worker/play worker/therapist to provide support to the child with play and activities and provide the parents with respite from Monday to Saturday 10am-2pm

Support will need to be gradually introduced in order for my client to accept you and you will need to be flexible.

Due to Covid-19 she is in the high-risk category and is being shielded at home with her parents therefore this MUST be your only post and be willing to be reasonable with your out of work activities due to the current pandemic.

Applications details will be accepted for the full care package if you wish to apply but the start date is delayed due to the pandemic. Night care is not required yet.

You must be able to drive and willing to go out with the family for the day, weekends away and holidays in future.

Rates of pay: £14.00 per hour Monday to Friday, £16.00 per hour Saturday and Sunday


All posts are subject to Enhanced DBS Disclosure with Child Workforce Barring.  Full training will be provided. A full driving licence is essential along with your own vehicle.
