Experienced *Female Night Rehabilitation Support Workers required for a lady who has an acquired brain injury and mental health illness living in the Stourbridge area.


Our client has transitioned from a nursing home to independent living with a care team based in the Stourbridge area., close to her family.


You must have experience of working with clients with a brain injury, challenging behaviour and mental health issues.


Induction and training will be provided with the client. We seek motivated, patient and caring support workers who are flexible and keen to make a difference to our client’s quality of life and support her to live in her own home.


It would be of additional benefit if you share some of our client’s interest in nature, conservation, classical music, dance, poetry or arts and crafts.


Working hours: 8pm-8am 24 hours per week on a rota basis with additional hours to cover holidays and sickness. You will be lone working with on call support.


Our client seeks someone who is well organised and flexible.


You will need to be a driver for this position.


Rates of pay £14.00 per hour Monday to Friday, £16.00 per hour Saturday and Sunday


An NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is desirable. Otherwise the applicant must be willing to undertake Care Certificate training.


All posts are subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure with Adult Workforce Barring. Full training will be provided. A full driving licence is essential.
