Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm

Salary: Up to £25000 per annum plus a Generous Commission Scheme

So if this sounds like somewhere you would love to work, then read on! We are looking for a Business Development Consultant to drive the growth our business. This is a key role and you’ll be responsible for ensuring we track, respond and close every single new business opportunity, no matter the conclusion. This will be a varied role, where you will get to develop new skills working closely with our CCO and support the wider Sales & Marketing Team to convert all new business opportunities.

 

This is a consultative role where you will liaise with a diverse selection of customers and prospects in the education sector. Whilst you won’t have to develop new business from scratch you will have well developed skills, such as being able to think on your feet, being flexible in your approach, and having the professionalism and personality to influence key stakeholders. With a strong and growing portfolio of services and products to help our customers, you will enjoy a varied role, actively discussing service solutions with education stakeholders.

 

What we are looking for:-

 

  • Honesty, integrity and excellent relationship management
  • Experience of meeting targets, goals & KPIs
  • Business to business sales experience would be beneficial
  • Great communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships over the phone
  • Ability to sell
  • A self-starter – able to act on own initiative with drive and determination
  • An understanding of the education market would be beneficial
  • An understanding of sales software would be beneficial
